Experienced Physician Assistant – Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Cleveland, OH

We’re partnering with a leading healthcare provider in Cleveland that’s seeking a Physician Assistant for a permanent float position across its network of urgent care and occupational health centers in Cleveland.
This is a Monday–Friday role (8 AM – 5 PM) with no weekend or on-call responsibilities, offering a predictable schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments, diagnose, and provide treatment plans
Collaborate closely with medical and administrative teams to ensure quality outcomes
Ensure regulatory compliance under the Ohio State Practice Act
Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships
Support continuous improvement and best practices
What You Bring
2+ years of experience as a Physician Assistant in urgent care, occupational health, or a similar setting
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Active PA license in the state of Ohio (or ability to obtain)
